Good afternoon Mission Royale residents,
Please be advised that the Board of Directors of the Mission Royale Adult Village HOA has executed the following Resolutions.
- Include 'black' as a color option for security doors (Design Guidelines).
- Lease Processing (Rules & Regulations)
- Approval for installation of lighting at Pickle Ball courts at Club expense
- Installation of ceiling fans in Billiards and Fitness rooms in Recreation Center
The Resolutions are in effect and will be incorporated into the respective Governing Documents. Copies of the Resolutions are attached and posted on the Mission Royale website. They are also available for review in the Design Guidelines book located in the Recreation Center Library.
